a “pronom tonique” or stressed pronoun, sometimes called emphatic pronouns, can be used on their own, after prepositions, in a comparison with some other people, or after “à ” to show belonging

use #1 : after a preposition
For example :
Jay, smoking sensors with him is not a good idea
➔ Jay, fumer des capteurs avec lui n’est pas une bonne idée

use #2 : emphatic use
For example :
As for me, I repair nuclear reactors
➔ Moi, je répare des réacteurs nucléaires
use #3 : pronoun by itself
For example :
Who wants to lift a beam ? Me !
âž” Qui veut soulever une poutre ? Moi !
use #4 : me neither/me too
For example :
Dr. Zorg, do you want to dance ? Me too !
➔ Dr. Zorg, vous voulez dancer ? Moi aussi !
Well, if he doesn’t care, me neither
➔ Bien, s’il ne s’en fait pas, moi non plus
